Memory Care

Nurture’s in Home is an ideal environment for persons with cognitive challenges brought on by Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Subject matter experts, clinicians, architects and designers collaborated to provide a supportive environmental design.  Inside there are memory cues, visual reminders and physical paths that encourage movement.  The gardens, paths and outdoor seating areas are therapeutic and healing.

Treatment includes:

Policy on Mental Illnesses

Types: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Bipolar, schizophrenic and other psychiatric illnesses

The Facility believes that mental illness affects people of all ages and class.

We understand that people that suffer from the above named illnesses have the need for more care, patience and tolerance.

We have acquired the necessary research and medical information, which we have used to train staff to handle such cases.

Policy:

  • To be tolerant when dealing with behavioral problems.
  • To request assistance by way of intervention, lecture and training from the Ministry of Health Psychiatric department.
